Order Cancellation & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 10 working days from the date of delivery.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us via the Amazon “Contact Seller” option, and we will guide you through the return process.
Returned items must be received by us within 30 days from the date of delivery and must be in a resalable condition.
We strongly recommend that all return parcels are fully insured and sent via a service that provides proof of delivery. Fusion5 (F5CS Ltd) cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged during transit.
Return Shipping Costs

Within the first six months of purchase, return shipping costs to F5CS Ltd are covered by us — unless the return is due to customer error or misuse (UK ONLY)

After six months, or in cases where the product is not found to have a manufacturing defect, return postage costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty Information
All brand-new Fusion5 tablets / Laptops are covered by a one-year limited UK warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
This warranty covers hardware and software issues related to the main device only and does not include bundled accessories, consumables, or promotional gifts (unless otherwise specified).

Refurbished tablets include a 90-day warranty

Mains chargers and accessories are covered under a separate 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Any screen cracks or breakages must be reported within 5 days of delivery. These are not covered under warranty.

Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage is not covered.
To submit a warranty claim, the item must be returned to us within the warranty period. Warranty claims are non-transferable.
If the item is returned for warranty inspection and no manufacturing fault is found, the customer may be liable for return postage costs.
All products returned under warranty for repair, replacement, or assessment will be shipped back to the original delivery address, unless a new address is clearly provided by email or included in writing within the return parcel.
Reporting Faults or Damage
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 5 working days of delivery. Timely notification allows us to minimize inconvenience and, where applicable, initiate a claim with the courier service.
