Very satisfied with this purchase. It arrived quickly, was easy to set up, and has been working perfectly ever since.

For the price it's definitely a great laptop to buy, comes in good packaging to protect from any accidental damage and pretty durable.My main problem really is how slow it is to start up as wifi will automatically disconnect and takes a while to reconnect sometimes. As well as all the apps or pages you may have open be really slow to load. Also would recommendbuying extra storage as you can download little to nothing with the provided storage. Battery life is pretty good which I was surprised about and the laptop itself is very light and looks professional

I bought this in a hurry as my partner wanted e not to get Chromebook again. The charging cord broke within 2 weeks, just before we had to go to a hotel while the bathroom was ripped out.The replacement has lasted 3 weeks, but is now bent... poor design, short cord which has no support moulding. Would work well on a desk where there was no chance of pulling the cord as you move the laptop to a new position? if you are disabled, don't get it, it won't reach far enough to safely put aside as you get out of bed etc and takes longer to charge and holds less charge than previous laptops, so becomes very obtrusive when it puts all your routines out! It compares very badly with the Chromebook for length of time charging and length of time charge holds, also only 2 minute or less warning when re-charging needed, again a problem if you are not at a desk and need to move. Supposedly the software will be easier for my partner to make images transfer, but, I haven't got there yet as what with the bathroom work, I am too tired to even try..

Good value product

Good value for the money. Battery power level drops quickly at first but stabilises. The power lead connection is quirky and sometimes disconnects. Overall I am quite satisfied with the purchase.

I found it to be a light weight. Easy to carry. Also easy to set up

We bought the version of this laptop in 2021 and it has been brilliant, but has just died, so decided to upgrade to the current version. Unfortunately, when received, it was the old version Windows 10, not Windows 11 as described, so have had to return it. Such a shame, as this was a great little laptop.

Very good laptop for the price, got this on sale at the time, has been very useful with windows 11 which what i was after.

This notebook is light and easy to use. I hadn't used Windows11 before but despite this, I found it quite easy to set up. The size is perfect and the screen is very clear. Nice to have a machine that is so transportable. Ideal for my needs as I don't want anything terribly complex. Just a good value for money notebook that works well, and this does the job just fine.
