Delivery
For all UK and USA orders, we are pleased to offer free delivery. For EU orders, a flat rate shipping charge of £9.99 applies.
Please note that all EU orders are dispatched on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that any additional charges — including import taxes, customs duties, and associated fees — are the responsibility of the recipient and will be calculated and collected by the relevant customs authority upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 28 days of the delivery date and we will do our utmost to resolve the matter for you. Refunds are available for items returned within 28 days of receipt.
Please note the following conditions apply to all returns:
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Items must be returned in their original, sold condition — we are unable to accept returns where marks or scratches are present on the item
- The above condition does not apply to items that were delivered faulty
- If your item arrives faulty or damaged in transit, this must be reported to us within 5 working days of the delivery date
Warranty
All devices are covered by a one-year warranty from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Please note that warranty coverage applies to the main device only and does not extend to any gifts, accessories, or mains chargers included with the product, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
