Been thinking of updating my 2012 Windows 10 old faithful, stumbled across this beauty, read all the reviews, and took the plunge. Didn’t need any gaming functions or touchscreen, so this seemed perfect and a great price. Easy setup, connect WiFi, enter email account and you’re halfway there. Transferred data from old computer using hard drive, spent £20 on MS Office Professional via Groupon, and I’m all set up. Windows 11 is a breeze, and so pleased with this quality item I’m now recommending to all my family.

Good value laptop, replacement of a very old one. If you’re looking for an entry level laptop, I would highly recommend this one. But I suggest you order a spare charger, as it only comes with a type C as standard Overall good value for money

I bought this laptop a few months ago and have been very impressed with the performance for the price. Setup was quick and easy, Windows 11 runs smoothly, and the 16GB RAM combined with the 512GB SSD makes everything feel fast — from browsing and streaming to running multiple programs at once.The screen is bright and clear, perfect for work and everyday use. The build is lightweight but doesn’t feel flimsy, making it easy to carry around. Good value product. I thought it wise to upgrade to Windows 11 now that Windows 10 is not longer supported and I foresee future troubles ahead. I am still investigating Windows 11 and in particular struggling with my inabilty to remove icons from the task bar. Ironicaaly, I cannot remove Amazon! Plenty of ports, good size well lit and clear screen.

It was not straightforward like other lap tops I had. However, one gets used to the lay out of the keyboard etc. On and off switch is on the keyboard not on the side. Charging the battery requires turning the power saver on. Without that it does not charge. So attention is required. Keyboard did not work first, it was on other keyboard settings. You have to turn off all the other fancy KB functions , otherwise you can’t use it. For some reason they interfere with the KB functions. I found it strange. It’s a bit slower than my Lenovo idea pad. There is no touch or finger recognition. You have to use the mouse at all times. It’s functional so far. See what happens in a year or 2. Large screen, comes with MS 11. Memory capacity is big enough to do daily tasks. Too early to mention the durability. I had to return it. As the charging did not hold and the battery deteriorated in a much quicker then I am used to with other laptops I purchased in the past. It’s a shame, as I liked the laptop.

Very low battery performance. Drains very fast. Battery lasts less than an hour, (while it's brand new and running on not on full brightness etc, in fact it's on battery saver).

I bought this laptop because my old one couldn't be upgraded to windows 11. I think it's great value for what it cost and I think I'll find my way around 11 fairly easily. Much better than my old laptop.
