Excellent value for money. I purchased this as it was Amazon recommended. Web cam not good quality but Zoom works beautifully with an external camera. Screen size perfect. Light weight to carry. Excellent buy as an emergency replacement or perhaps a first Laptop. It has a side number keypad useful for inserting numbers or language accents quickly.

An absolutely brilliant laptop with the slimline case, large screen and it's very lightweight. It's a small but powerful laptop. Just love it, it was exactly what I was looking for, and the price was the real deciding factor. It was very easy to set up. My only issue, which was noted in the reviews on the laptop that the battery does not last very long. The charged laptop battery only lasts a couple of hours. But I simply just keep it plugged in. That is my only negative. Otherwise tremendous value and easy to car around!

Follow up after 10 months. No problems,fast etc but USBC charging packed up. I bought the sperate mains charger and now battery charging correctly... Kfd power cable

This obviously wasn’t checked by the seller before being dispatched. When updating Windows 11 it became apparent that the Windows version build was from June 2024, so a considerable update needed and clearly the laptop had been produced then. However multiple attempts to update failed, even after running several commands to check file integrit. Nor would the Windows update troubleshooter fix it. In fact that failed to start several times or to complete its analysis. Finally a message appeared saying Windows 11 needed a complete reinstall. Clearly Windows files had been corrupted. It processed that correctly and updated Windows 11 to the latest version. However all this consumed the best part of a whole day. It’s not what I expected and it certainly it didn’t work as it should out of the box, even allowing for the fact that some updating was to be expected, but not a complete reinstall. Someone should have checked the laptop was running the latest version of Windows 11 before dispatch. If I hadn’t had some knowledge of what to do the laptop would have been on its way back by now. Now that it’s functioning as it should it seems reasonable for the price. I just hope that nothing further now reveals itself.
